Austin is fast becoming a favorite destination for Broadway theatre touring shows. Throughout the year Austin theatre shows include the best and brightest national acts. Many of those shows play at Bass Concert Hall or the Long Center, but the Paramount also puts on a lot of popular shows.
Comedy shows are a hit in Austin, and not just the local variety as the top comedians all have Austin on the tour schedules. Chris Rock, Jerry Seinfeld, Louis CK and more have all played shows in Austin in recent years.
